Youth Development Programme

Provide young people with practical and customised trainings to improve their wellbeing through developing personal interests and skills, understanding their background, strengthening their own identity, building a sense of belonging in NZ and connecting to the community. Support young people to achieve The Duke of Edinburgh's Hillary Award.

Youth Leadership Programme

The programme offers senior high school and junior University students an opportunity to gain leadership skills and build confidence through six different categories of training sections, including:
- Sustainable/ Ecology Leadership
- Water Management
- Pest Management
- Carbon Footprint Research
- Communication-Social Media
- Website Design
As a result of participating the programme, our volunteers are expected to:
- gain confidence, leadership skills and basic career development skills.
- Have the opportunity to study with local experts in the field.
- Make social connections with professionals, organizations and communities.
- Successfully accomplish current stage work, and may receive reference letters from multiple organizations.
